U12 24 – 67 Manchester Giants
This was Phoenix’s first venture to play in this league with stronger opposition. Phoenix started well but soon Giants took control of the game and opened up a big gap on the scoreboard. However Phoenix did not give up and rallied with a much stronger fourth quarter.
