U11 Firestorm 30 – 13 Warrington Wildcats Vikings
Another thrilling evening for Firestorm’s second league home game of the season. Every single player showed grit and determination throughout the whole game. Their defensive game was just as successful as their offence, dominating in the paint with some great rebounding. By the end of the first half Firestorm led by 8 points with the half-time score at 13 – 5.
In the second half the Vikings struggled to close the gap and Firestorm were able to increase their lead to 10 points, by the final whistle the score was 30 – 13.
Even though there were a few fouls and turnover balls Firestorm kept their composure for the whole game.
Fantastic team effort again and a joy to watch – looking forward to our first away game next week.
