Bridgewater Jets Gold 50 – 15 U13 Flames
U13 Flames took on a talent packed Bridgewater Jets Gold team who sat top of the league and started off the game strongly keeping Bridgewater at bay for the first 5 minutes of the game. The Flames players played some great basketball during this game and it was evident in the first half where the players connected for some great team plays. Unfortunately the Bridgewater team were just too strong and took the first half 24-8.
The second half was much of the same as Flames showed some great play at times but were just overwhelmed by the talent and depth of the Jets team. Flames will learn a lot from this game as we started to see some of the work we had been doing in training really translate to the floor, still work to do but all in all a positive morning in the development of the team and the individual players. Bridgewater Jets Gold take this one 50-15.
