U11 Wildfire 31 – 19 Latchford Lions
From the outset, Wildfire came out with determination and fight to win the ball. They worked hard together and made the right passes, at the right time. Some really good defensive play caused a number of turnovers for Latchford and Wildfire were able to take full advantage of their fast-break options. Wildfire took a lead of 19-8 into the half.
Wildfire continued where they left off and worked hard at both ends of the court. They made good use of all players, with all contributing to a great team performance. Last time out, this was a two-point ball game, showing the development in such a small space of time. A convincing win against a good Latchford team. Wildfire take the win 31-19.
