Congleton Grizzlies Red 86 – 38 U14R
U14R came up against a very big and physical side in Congleton Grizzlies Red knowing that to get a result out of the game that the Congleton team would need to have an off day and U14R be right on top of their game.
Unfortunately it wasn’t to be and from the start of the game Grizzlies Red took control and gradually extended their lead throughout the game until the last 5 minutes where U14R were able to reduce the deficit. After half time focus switched to the remaining 3 games of the season and how we could use this game to prepare for those.
2 weeks of the regular season left and 3 games to come. Still all to play for in the race for 2nd place in the league.
