U11 Firestorm 43 – 29 Latchford Lions
With the fight for second place in the league, and on the back end of 2 straight losses, it was great to finally have a win. Latchford played a really good game but couldn’t close the gap from a consistent Firestorm team, with every player getting onto the score sheet. Not only did Firestorm play well offensively but it was our defence that also won us the game with a lot of double teaming on certain players and pressuring them to make mistakes. It’s great to see the team finally passing the ball more and creating space. Go Firestorm 🙌🏀
