U13 Hawks 40 – 32 Warrington Wildcats Sabres
Hawks knew this was going to be a tough game after some closely matched encounters with Sabres earlier in the season. Both teams started this game very defensively and that showed in the score line with the first half ending 9-7.
In the second half, both teams got going offensively and Hawks displayed some strong drives to the basket which kept the score board ticking over nicely.
The game ended 40-32 to Hawks – a well deserved win for the team that have fought hard throughout the season to finish in 3rd place.
