Good spells of pressure saw Nix take the lead a number of times in the Qtr. Unfortunately, Nix could not build on this, due to a number of unforced errors, endng the Qtr in the lead 17-12.
Nix played full court D all this qtr and kept the pressure on, this paid off with Nix leading all qtr. Northwich had a number of strong offensives but Nix managed to hold them off, despite struggling to hold a rebound, 28-23.
Another qtr of full court pressure saw Nix pull ahead and Northwich unable to keep up, scoring only 2 points in 8 mins. Slower end to qtr from Nix but extended their lead. 42-30
Good pressure from Nix but still let Northwich score too easily, they had their best point scoring qtr. but some good scoring from Nix helped them secure the win in the last few minutes, 57-44.
